Engraved products are non returnable and non refundable.
Please contact us within 72 hours if your product is not as you expect.
We will happily replace your item if it is faulty. In the unlikely event of an engraving error we will exchange the item if the error is our fault.
In the event of any damage or fault, we will always require a photo in the first instance, so please be prepared to send photos of any faults or defects.
